Purever activities in building materials are focused on offering insulated roof panels and wall panels for the construction of warehouses and all type of modular constructions: schools, sanitary centers, service areas and houses, R&D centers, among many other solutions.
Besides specialized companies producing service doors, windows and accessories that complement our offer, the Group has significant experience in Modular Building solutions for private housing as well as for service buildings and industrial purposes. Purever developed its solutions from 20 year experience in clean rooms and integrating Purever experience in modular warehouses and building materials.
We offer fully modular systems based on SIP panel construction building materials (Structural Insulated Panels), composite panels consisting of an insulating layer of rigid material such as PU or PIR sandwiched between 2 layers of structural material.
SIPs share the same properties as I-beams or I-columns. The rigid insulating core acts as the web, while the sheeting acts as the flanges. The resulting system is extremely quick to build. A simple house can be assembled in days using local unskilled labour without any special lifting equipment. There are also fewer components required in the construction than traditional construction methods.
Purever is also a key solution provider for the combination between Modular building and clean room projects. These projects are related to: pharmaceutical industry, labs, hospitals, R&D centers and air controled areas, with prestigious references in Southern Europe, North Africa, Central and South America.
